Chicken Roast

Suggestions for accompaniments: White wine, Beer

Ingredients:

Chicken – 1kg

Cardammom – 10

Cinnamon – 3-4 sticks (small)

Cloves – 10

Pepper – 1.5 tsp

Dry chilli – 4-5

Salt to taste

Oil

Water

 

Procedure:

Grind all the spices to a smooth powder.

Put the power in a cooker, add a little oil and very little water.

Add the chicken, mix the ingredients together & cook for approximately 20 minutes (or lesser, in case you have fast-cooking chickens in your place)

Open the cooker and dry the contents.

Serve hot along with bread and boiled veggies

 

Tips:

Don’t add too much water as the chicken gets overcooked
